Summary The Student Accountability and Conflict ResolutionSpecialist reports to the Associate Dean of Student Rights and Responsibilitiesand performs duties under limited supervision while utilizing developmentalapproaches in response to student conduct and conflict resolution. The idealcandidate will demonstrate progressive administrative experience with complexstudent disciplinary case management and possess high ethical andconfidentiality standards. This individual should be a proven innovator withexperience developing and implementing industry-standard solutions and shouldunderstand and apply student development theory within a community of diversestudents. The Student Accountability and Conflict Resolution Specialist shouldbe a skilled communicator and collaborator who takes initiative while servingas a subject matter expert through consultation, workshops, and educationalprograms.
