The University of New Mexico, College of University Libraries & Learning Sciences (CULLS) has an opening for a full time Technical Support Analyst 2 to join the Library Information Technology Department. We are responsible for supporting enterprise-wide mission-critical solutions associated with CULLS core teaching and learning mission. These include supporting of video conferencing, digital signage, and classroom/conference room related audio-visual technologies, SharePoint, and Workstation Management across all main campus libraries.

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Higher education and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
