Position Summary

UNMFacilities Management (FM) is seeking to hire Turf Equipment Tech for ourFM-Grounds & Landscaping division. The qualified candidate will perform or assists withthe performance of routine to moderately complex repairs and maintenance on avariety of turf mechanical/electrical equipment, such as mowers, small enginemachinery, and/or equipment common to landscape maintenance, such as blowers,string trimmers, and blade edgers. May perform duties autonomously in anoutdoor environment.

FacilitiesManagement is responsible for the care and upkeep of the physical campusenvironment that covers 680 acres of land.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
