Fundingavailable through 06/30/2026; continuance beyond thatdate is subject to the department's operational needs as outlined in APPMPolicy #3200, Employee Classification, click here. The University of New Mexico hasestablished branch colleges to serve the citizens of New Mexico and to provide thehighest quality of education for students pursuing post-secondary education atdifferent locations throughout the state. Branch colleges respond specifically to the unique needs andmulticultural backgrounds of their respective communities by offering communityeducation programs, career education including certificate and associate degreeprograms, and transfer program that prepare students for upper division entryinto colleges and universities.
