Position Summary | The University of New Mexico, Office of the University Controller, also known as Financial Services, located on Main Campus is responsible for all central accounting functions for the University. It is the responsibility of the Controller's Office to ensure compliance with all financial policies, rules, and regulations adopted by the University or imposed by external agencies, including state and federal audit requirements, following generally accepted accounting practices. Additionally, the Organization oversees the maintenance of the official financial records of the University. Within Financial Services and University Services is the Mailing/Shipping & Receiving department which is the mail and package processing facility for the University of New Mexico. The department is seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to join the team, which receives, sorts, and delivers USPS, UPS, FedEx and campus mail on a daily basis. Position Overview: As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for UNM staff, faculty, external vendors, and customers. Your responsibilities will encompass daily customer service interactions via in-person, phone, and email, ensuring that all inquiries are handled with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:
